Remote Allocation System (RAS)

The Remote Allocation System (RAS) is an online management system that allows you to control your locker locks without having to manually program them on-site. New user codes are automatically generated online so that once a user has finished using a locker, the next person can input a new code, deleting the previous one, preventing it from working anymore.

Remote Code Generation: The code for the next user is generated using the RAS website so you can grant access without needing the local staff.

Offline Operation: Our smart locks do not require an internet connection which avoids complex networking and connection issues, and no expensive network hardware.

Website Management: Schedule bookings and send users their codes directly from the RAS portal. The RAS portal is ready-to-go, no need to develop custom booking systems.

Installation: Simple to install with no hard wiring or additional power or infrastructure required to run and manage the system.

Ideal Applications

This system is ideal for applications such as locker rental and personal storage as the system manager has the ability to assign a new code to a single lock, or all of the locks at once, from any location through the online management system. This eliminates the need for users to carry keys and reduces running costs by removing the need for service calls to change lock codes on-site.
